Access to doktorku is based on your work area. In the system there is more than 120 different roles customized for different type of work task. The roles that you are assigned to is based on instructions from you leader. DoktorKu`s support can not change this without written instructions from the person who signed the agreement with us.
Due the need of high security and need of control for who that can access patient data or other sensitive information you will need to contact your manager/supervisor. He/she can fax us instructions for role change or use the internal request system, that he have access to.
